The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How long will my clean take?
    It all depends on how big your home or property is, how many rooms need cleaned (how much is in them), along with how deep a clean you require.
  • How much will I pay?
    Our services can be tailored to your needs and any budget. Our hourly rates include the cleaner's wage, cleaning materials and office fees. Rates will vary depending on your location, how often you require our services and the number of hours you require each week. Get in touch a free quote.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    We are happy to wash internal windows but do not provide an external window cleaning service.
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • If I cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, will there be a charge?"
    Yes, there will be a fee of half of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payments Accepted

We accept payment through cash, credit or debit card, as well as Paypal. We can also arrange accounts for our commerical clients.

Cancellation Policy

We know that somedays, life does go according to plan! If you need to cancel our appointment, you can do so free of charge, so long as you cancel at least 24 hours before we are due to arrive. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for half of your previously agreed fee.

For our regular and commerical clients, if you do ever need to permanently cancel, all we ask is that you give us one month notice.
